Division of Student Affairs and Diversity Initiatives
The Division of Student Affairs and Diversity Initiatives is a student-centered, collaborative partner with the Center for Academic Advising and Support Services and is responsible for a variety of offices and programs which support the educational mission of the College and student life at Fisher. We focus on advocating for and addressing students’ needs.
Focused on students, the Division of Student Affairs and Diversity Initiatives is a collaborative partner in the educational process. Our work complements and supports student learning, the Fisher Creed, and the mission of the College.
We promote our mission in these continuing ways:
- Cultivating a caring campus community where diversity is valued and all members are welcomed and treated with respect;
- Supporting and challenging students to develop skills that will enable growth, independence, and leadership;
- Identifying, assessing, and addressing students’ evolving needs; and
- Establishing and maintaining educational and physical environments that support student development and learning.
The Division of Student Affairs and Diversity Initiatives includes:
