Health and Wellness Center
The Health and Wellness Center provides compassionate, high-quality medical and mental health services and wellness education to students. In promoting wellness, we also serve as a health and medical resource for the campus community.

Accessing Services
Services available at the Health and Wellness Center include medical health visits, counseling services, annual health updates, and prescription delivery from a local Wegmans pharmacy. We encourage students to contact the center either by phone (585) 385-8280 or through our appointment request forms on the patient portal.
To ensure we are prepared to provide you with the best possible care when visiting the Health and Wellness Center, we use an online patient portal for secure, health-related information and communication.

Mandatory Student COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
The College requires all students to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. View the Mandatory Student COVID-19 Vaccination policy as well as the process to request an exemption. Exemption requests for the Spring semester are due December 10.

TimelyCare 24/7 Telehealth for Students
All students now have 24/7 free, immediate, and unlimited access to medical and mental health screening visits through TimelyCare.
During the 2021-2022 academic year, TimelyCare will remain an option for all students who are in need of health care or counseling support.
On-Demand Counseling Support from TimelyCare
Talk Now is a part of TimelyCare and is a free and confidential service that will immediately link you to a counselor for a tele-counseling session.
Scheduled Counseling is also now available through TimelyCare. This service allows students to meet with a consistent licensed mental health provider for up to 12 sessions.
In an Emergency
Contact the Department of Safety and Security at (585) 385-8111 for any medical or mental health emergency. When off campus, students should call 911.
Counselor on Call
During the academic year, there is an on-call counselor that may be contacted to assist in assessing the urgency of a mental health situation. This individual is accessed through the Department of Safety and Security.

All counseling and medical records are kept strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone without written permission or consent, except as required by law and professional ethics.
