Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office maintains the academic records of all students on campus and develops the procedures necessary for the accurate generation, maintenance, and retrieval of those records.

The Registrar's Office also coordinates course registration, schedules classrooms, verifies degrees and enrollment, maintains the College's academic calendar, publishes the undergraduate and graduate catalog, and more.

Summer 2023

Applying for Graduation

Submission of your graduation application is a college requirement to complete your degree, you must apply to graduate via Fish 'R' Net, whether or not you plan to take part in the commencement ceremony.

If you have not already applied for graduation, please note the information concerning deadlines below.

Note: DO NOT apply more than once. If you are not sure if you have already applied, simply check Fish 'R' Net > Student Services > Student Records > Apply to Graduate.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your application and the deadline for submission.

This includes students who are eligible to participate in the May ceremony but requirements will be completed during a future semester.
