Pharmacy Student Administers First COVID Vaccine for Rite Aid Location Pharmacy student Christiana Santos administers a COVID-19 vaccine.

03/03/2021 - As an intern for Rite Aid, second year Wegmans School of Pharmacy student Christiana Santos had the opportunity to administer the community pharmacy’s very first Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. And, coincidentally, she gave it to a very special person: her grandmother.

03/01/2021 - Nursing major Alyssa Karl is the next member of the Class of 2021 to be featured in the “Countdown to Commencement” series. Karl was nominated by Vicki Alfieri, assistant director of freshman admissions.

02/28/2021 - Earlier this month, St. John Fisher College’s Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) was recognized as an award-winning chapter for an “Outstanding Marketing Week.” Fisher is one of only eight out of more than 300 AMA chapters across North America to receive this honor.

More than 15 administrators, faculty, alumni, and members of the Board of Trustees were included on the list, which highlights individuals helping to shape Rochester’s future.
