12/12/2017 - Dr. Marie Cianca, associate professor in the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher College, received a $43,000 grant from the Max and Marian Farash Charitable Foundation to continue funding for the Charter School Leadership Forums.

12/06/2017 - The stage reading of A Christmas Carol raised $479 for the Rochester Area Interfaith Hospitality Network (RAIHN), which provides food, shelter, and support to homeless families in the Rochester area.

Six Biology Students Win National Research Grants  Xayathed Somoulay, Joseph Kenney, Stephanie Brazell, George Roba, Erika Bravo, and Anthony Emanuel were named winners of 2017-2018 TriBeta Research Grant Awards.

12/06/2017 - Six undergraduate biology students were named winners of 2017-2018 TriBeta Research Grant Awards. In all, the students will receive grants totaling $4,308 in support of their academic research at Fisher.

Two Students Named Seward Scholars Claire Sauter ’18 and Allison Rudy ’18 are recipients of the James E. Seward Scholarship.

Mark Gruba Announced as Honorary Chair of the 2018 Teddi Dance for Love Mark Gruba

12/06/2017 - News 8 anchor Mark Gruba will serve as the honorary chair of the 36th annual Teddi Dance for Love at St. John Fisher College. The 24-hour dance-a-thon, which has raised more than $1 million for Camp Good Days and Special Times, will be held from 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16 through 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17.
