Transcending well beyond the $1 million the fundraiser has generated for Camp Good Days and Special Times, alumni of the 24-hour dance-a-thon say its legacy is in the smiles of children who visit during Camper Hour, the lifelong friendships formed on the dance floor, and the idea that a person can make a difference one dance step at a time. New Club Supports Students Dealing with Mental Illness NAMI on Campus executive board members attended the Out of the Darkness Walk for Suicide this past fall.

01/31/2017 - A new initiative at St. John Fisher College aims to aid and support students dealing with mental illness. NAMI on Campus is the collegiate chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the nation’s largest mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Though it just launched at Fisher last fall, NAMI’s Rochester chapter has served the community for 35 years. Read More
