Costs and Financial Aid for the RN to BSN Online Program
RN to BSN Tuition Costs
For the most current RN to BSN cost information, visit the Undergraduate Tuition and Fees page (under Undergraduate Degree Completion Programs).
Applying for Financial Aid
You will need to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your financial aid eligibility. St. John Fisher College's federal school code is 002821. The Office of Student Financial Services will send you an estimated financial aid award letter once we have received your FAFSA results and you have been admitted to Fisher.
There are limits to the number of semesters that students can receive federal and state aid. Some students may have exhausted some or all of their aid eligibility for various aid programs prior to enrolling in the RN to BSN program. It is strongly suggested that students talk with a financial aid counselor to determine their aid eligibility for the entire length of the program. Additional loan and grant information can be found on the Financial Aid website.
If you are planning to attend as a full-time student (12 or more credits) you should also file the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application. To apply, follow the link at the end of the FAFSA on the web process or access the application directly at www.tapweb.org. St. John Fisher College's TAP school code is 0735.
Billing and Payment Information
Each semester is comprised of two seven-week modules. You will register for classes for both modules prior to the start of the semester and will be billed based on the total number of credits in both modules.
When tuition bills are generated by FisherPay, you will receive an email notification that your bill is available. Your bill will list anticipated financial aid if all the necessary requirements have been completed. Payment due dates can be found on your student bill.
For information on payment options (payment plan, payment reimbursement from employer plan, third-party billing), please contact Student Accounts at (585) 385-8061 or by email at email@example.com.
RN to BSN Online Program Refund Policy
If you are considering withdrawing from the College or dropping a class, you are strongly encouraged to discuss the implications with your advisor.
If you decide to withdraw from the College (drop all courses), you must officially notify the Registrar's Office in writing of your intentions by submitting a petition to withdraw. You may drop individual courses in Fish 'R' Net under the Registration tab. No refunds will be issued until written notification is received and processed. When you withdraw (from all courses or from an individual course) you will be charged tuition on a proportionate basis according to the schedule below.
The term "refund" below refers to the percentage of the tuition reduction. Fees are not refundable. As such, the percentage of any payment and/or aid that may be returned to you (if any) may be different. This policy applies to classes that are 7 weeks in length only. The refund policy for other courses can be found on the Student Accounts website.

|In the 2nd week||75% Refund|
|In the 3rd week||50% Refund|
|In the 4th week||25% Refund|
