Web Time Entry
Web Time Entry is a web-based time entry software system that replaces paper time sheets.
The system allows employees to log into a secure website and enter their time sheet hours online from any computer with internet access. The submitted hours are then approved online by the supervisor and sent electronically to Payroll for processing.
It is critical that web-based time sheets are submitted by the deadline of 10 a.m. on the Monday following the end of the pay period (refer to the Payroll Schedules [pdf]). Once the deadline for the pay period has passed, the time sheet is no longer available.
