04/27/2017 - On Wednesday, April 19, the Department of Mathematical and Computing Sciences inducted three new members to the New York Alpha Sigma Chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon at St. John Fisher College. Pi Mu Epsilon is a national mathematics honor society with chapters at 400 undergraduate institutions across the country.

04/25/2017 - On Friday, April 21, former and current members of the St. John Fisher College football program celebrated the official naming of the football coaching suite the William E. Rowe ’61 Football Coaching Suite. The suite is located in the Coaches Corridor in the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Athletic Center.
04/25/2017 - The Upsilon Rho chapter of Beta Beta Beta held its 2017 Induction Ceremony on Thursday, March 30. The event included a welcome from Dr. James Bowers, interim dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, and remarks from Dr. Maryann Herman, interim chair of the Biology Department.
04/24/2017 - St. John Fisher College’s Eta Chi chapter of Alpha Mu Gamma, the national foreign language honor society, inducted 16 new members during a ceremony on Thursday, April 20. The honor society is sponsored by the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures.

Our final two featured seniors in the 2017 Countdown to Commencement video series are Anna and Casey Cuthbert, identical twins who share identical majors and minors—marketing and finance double major with a communication minor. The pair was nominated by Dr. Ray Shady, former interim dean and professor in the School of Business.
04/21/2017 - Recently, the St. John Fisher College School of Business inducted 31 students into Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), the international honor society for exceptional business students and scholars.
04/21/2017 - Three members of the St. John Fisher College athletics community were honored during the 68th annual Rochester Press-Radio “Day of Champions” Dinner, held on April 20. The event, which traditionally features famous keynote speakers, was headlined this year by quarterback Matt Ryan of the Atlanta Falcons.
04/20/2017 - The NCAA recently announced that St. John Fisher College, along with the Monroe County Sports Commission, will host the 2020 NCAA Division III Track and Field Outdoor Championships. The event will be held at the Polisseni Track and Field Complex on the College’s campus.
