Service Saturdays Help Students Give Where They Live Fisher students participate in Service Saturdays.

09/22/2016 - “Give where you live.” That’s the motto of St. John Fisher College’s Service Saturdays initiative. Now in its second year, the program is designed to encourage members of the Fisher community to lend a hand at local nonprofits for the first six Saturdays of the semester.

09/21/2016 - In spring 2016, Dr. Kermin J. Martínez-Hernández, assistant professor of chemistry; Dr. Nahyr D. Rovira-Figueroa, general chemistry coordinator and adjunct faculty of chemistry; and Dr. Fernando Ontiveros, assistant professor of biology, established a collaboration on the implementation of a novel microfluidic laboratory experiment for the general chemistry laboratory curriculum.
