Kathleen Donovan and Wes Renfro, political scientists from St. John Fisher College, breakdown what Super Tuesday means for candidates looking to secure the nomination, and share their predictions on who will come out on top for each party.

Four Grants Fund Community Initiatives at the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education Kearney Hall

02/25/2016 - Four grants totaling more than $110,000 will help fund three education and leadership initiatives through the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher College. The School’s Charter School Leadership Network, Mentoring Matters, and College Club programs—all of which serve teachers and students in local school districts—each received funds that will support their operation and longevity.

Medical Missions in India Provide Care, Equipment Student with India Resident

02/25/2016 - For the past six years, faculty and students from the Wegmans School of Pharmacy have provided health care services to residents in Pune, India through the Koinonia Medical Clinic, a health care facility the College helped to establish in 2010 in partnership with the Koinonia Fellowship.

Housed in the School of Business, the program is designed to provide recent graduates or mid-career professionals with non-business related degrees the opportunity to enhance their leadership and business acumen. Applications are currently being accepted for the fall 2016 cohort.

Fulbright Brings English Professor to Turkey Jim Bowman

02/17/2016 - Jim Bowman, associate professor of English at St. John Fisher College, was recently selected as a 2017 Fulbright Fellow, and will serve as a visiting professor at Ankara University. His Fulbright begins in spring 2017, and he’ll spend four and half months at the public university, located in the capital city of Turkey. Bowman will teach graduate students as a member of the faculty of education at the University.
