LiDestri, a Rochester-based food and beverage company, will host a Taste & Tour for members of the Next Generation Leadership Program at Fisher.

• Learn about the history and current management of the company from Co-President Stefani LiDestri.
• Take a tour of the plant facilities, led by product, plant, and research and development managers.
• Taste samples from the ROC House Brands portfolio, including Recipe 21, Cask and Crew, and enjoy light hors d'oeuvres.

Tour & Talk with Stefani LiDestri
Stefani LiDestri is co-president of LiDestri Food and Drink alongside her brother, John. She has worked with her father, Giovanni LiDestri, CEO, to modernize systems and practices of a company that continues to grow based on a reputation for true partnerships and speed to market.

Since taking on the role as co-president in 2016, she has embraced the fact that there is nothing static about today's business environment and created a vision for LiDestri to set the pace in this ever-changing world while remaining steeped in their roots.

Stefani is deeply creative, which helps her innovate and communicate across multiple industries, channels, and disciplines, and she is instrumental in running the company and guiding its partnerships with charitable causes.

During the Tour & Taste, Stefani will provide a history of the company, share her career path to co-president, and talk about how co-leadership functions in this family-owned business.
