Dr. Rochani focuses on creating semisolid dosage forms (hydrogels, emulsions, creams, and lotions) and nanoformulations (polymeric micelles, liposomes, niosomes, and metallic/organometallic nanoparticles). His academic research is focused on understanding the moldable chemistry of sustainable green biomaterials for developing biomimetic personalized dosage forms. His expertise lies in HPLC, and LCMS or MS/MS-based method development, particularly for large and small molecular investigations. His work supports clinical pharmacies and compounding facilities by generating HPLC-based stability data for various solids and liquid dosage forms. Collaborating closely with formulation experts, Dr. Rochani has provided robust HPLC-based assays to study dissolution and drug release kinetics for various dosage forms and implantable devices.
