COVID-19 Vaccination Booster Requirement
Effective January 5, 2022, the College is implementing a booster requirement for all students and employees. Students and employees who are currently eligible to receive the booster must provide proper documentation no later than January 24 or within 30 days of their eligibility.
- Employees must submit vaccination documentation to Human Resources (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Students must submit vaccination documentation to the Patient Portal.
Students and employees with a previously approved medical or religious exemption from the College are also exempt from the booster requirement. Those individuals will continue to be required to wear a face mask at all times on campus and obtain a weekly test.
