Off-Campus Testing Resources

Employees and students who are unable to make an appointment during our on-campus clinic schedule, Monroe and several counties are offering free, rapid antigen asymptomatic testing at several locations.

Test Documentation


You must submit medical documentation that you received a negative COVID test result using any FDA-approved test* (either the NP swab, rapid test swab, or saliva) by uploading it to the St. John Fisher College Patient PortalLook for the upload tab and search for "Weekly Negative Test Upload" or "Weekly Positive Test Upload."

Test result documentation must include: 

  • Your name
  • Your date of birth
  • The date the test was completed
  • The type of test that was administered
  • Your test results

*The only test we will not accept is an antibody test.


Employees who obtain their weekly test off-campus will need to submit weekly test documentation to the Office of Human Resources at As long as you submit your test weekly, you will have a waiver for the on-campus testing.
