Orders can be placed at the walk up window at the Print Center during normal operating hours, sent as an attachment via email, or electronically placed through the new Print Center Storefront webpage. Advantages of using the Storefront service include the ability to place orders both for printing and supplies from an easy-to-use site, check the status of your job, and view all of your past orders quickly and easily.
Access the Print Center Storefront. Once there, select "Register Now" in the top right corner. You will be required to register with a unique username, password, and department name. Once approved, you will receive an email notice, and then be able to place orders using the storefront.
Once logged in, click "New Order" at the top of the page, and select which type of request you would like to make. The following menus will let you specify the particular details and finishing options for your job, as well as attach a file. Complete the order by checking out and selecting an account to be billed, after which you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is completed you will receive another notice that the job is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
PDFs are preferred, provided they are saved at a high resolution. This will ensure that your file will display and print as intended when it was designed. However, we also accept Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
To produce a photo-quality image we suggest that images are saved at 300dpi. A lower resolution file will be noticeably pixelated or fuzzy.
Yes. However, we request the addition of a bleed on the artwork and cut marks so we'll know where to make the finishing cuts. A bleed is part of an image that extends beyond the intended finish size.
Most orders can be completed within one business day, however, more complex jobs or larger quantities will require more lead time. If you have a question about the timeframe for your order please call or email.
