Blackboard

Blackboard is the course management system at Fisher. Blackboard accounts for faculty and students are created automatically.

For additional support on using Blackboard in your courses, there are a variety of options available to you.

  • Attend a training session – Blackboard Basic and Advanced training sessions are held at the beginning of each semester. Please check the Workshops and Events page for an up-to-date list of events.
  • Request a one-on-one training – If you have specific Blackboard questions or would like to learn about the advanced features of Blackboard, including blogs, wikis, rubrics, grading, etc., schedule an appointment for a one-on-one training session with the educational technologist.
  • Review Fisher-specific Blackboard documentation (below).
  • Visit Blackboard's On Demand Videos for Instructors for additional documentation and tutorials on the features available in your courses.
