Nursing Math Screening Test
Nursing applicants who plan on applying to the junior clinical year must take the Level A Math Screening Test. All applicants must pass this math competency with an 84% or higher in order to complete their application for the nursing clinical program. You have a total of four attempts to pass the exam successfully. It's a good idea to look at the Level A Review Packet [pdf] and Level A Answers [pdf] prior to taking the exam.
If you have not passed the exam after the second attempt, you need to review and complete the Math Remediation Contract [pdf]. Please fill this out and send it in to us. Current Fisher students must get this form signed by Dr. Dollinger. If you do not pass the math exam in four attempts, you will not be admitted into the clinical nursing program.
Passing grade for this is 84. Be sure to look at the Level A Review Packet [pdf] prior to taking this the first time so you are prepared for the types of questions that will be on it.
