Dean's Leadership Circle

The Dean's Leadership Circle is comprised of a group of distinguished alumni and Rochester-area business leaders.

The Circle's primary role is to provide the dean of the School of Business with expert advice on aspects of the regional economic environment which influences business education. Members are actively involved in reviewing the mission, vision, curriculum and many other strategic aspects of the administration of the School.

Donna M. Dedee Doyle '85, '05 (MBA)

President and Chief Executive Officer, Holy Childhood and Special Touch Bakery, Inc.

Donna Dedee Doyle graduated with her bachelor's degree in communication/journalism in 1985 from Fisher and completed her MBA at the School of Business in 2005. She went on to be an anchor and reporter at News 10 NBC in Rochester, and news director for Fox Rochester. Later, she was a senior vice president for marketing and communications at United Way, president and CEO for Bishop Kearney High School, and now holds the same positions at Holy Childhood and Special Touch Bakery, Inc. which employs people of all abilities in a model for community inclusion of people of diverse abilities. A proud Cardinal legacy parent, her daughter, Mary Grace Doyle was a 2019 graduate of Fisher with a B.S. in corporate finance and an MBA, and is now an admissions counselor for Fisher as well as the assistant coach of women's lacrosse.

Algimantas K. Chesonis

Executive, Sweetwater Energy, Inc.

Algimantas Chesonis previously served PAETEC as senior vice president of finance, chief accounting officer, and controller, overseeing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining PAETEC, Mr. Chesonis was director of public reporting for U.S. Foodservice, Inc. and audit manager for Price Waterhouse, LLP. Mr. Chesonis is also a vice chairman of the Board of Directors for Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong, University of Rochester Medical Center, and a recipient of the 2004 Rochester Business Journal's Forty Under 40 Award. Mr. Chesonis holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and is a certified public accountant.


Dominic Ciminello

Partner, Lee & Hayes, PLLC

Dominic Ciminello is Partner at Lee & Hayes, PLLC. Mr. Ciminello practices in all areas of intellectual property, and his specialties include client counseling, preparing and prosecuting mechanical/electromechanical patent applications, trademarks, and providing formal noninfringement opinions for clients on specific intellectual property matters. He is an adjunct faculty member at the School of Business where he teaches an MBA class entitled "Intellectual Property for Managers." Mr. Ciminello is also a past President of the Rochester Intellectual Property Law Association. Before attending law school, Mr. Ciminello worked as a project engineer with Pactiv Corporation (formerly Tenneco Packaging) in Canandaigua. Mr. Ciminello holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and he received his law degree and MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Case Western Reserve University.


Bob Fischer '85

President, Fischer Investment Group

Bob Fischer displays his many years of business management experience through his current role as president of Fischer Investment Group, Inc. Prior to his career with Fischer Investment Group, Bob served as senior vice president of a family-owned insurance brokerage firm that extended its marketing and operational activities across 35 states. Currently, Bob is a commissioner on the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transit Authority (RGRTA), a member of the NYS Brownfields Advisory Board and was also was a recipient of the Rochester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award in 1999. He is a 1985 graduate of Fisher with a bachelor's degree in management/marketing.


Daniel E. Gallagher '80

President, CEO and Co-Founder, Soleo Communications, Inc.

Daniel Gallagher has successfully introduced several innovative high-technology products to the telecommunications market. He has a strong background in voice processing, call processing, billing systems, and intelligent network databases.

Before founding Soleo, he was a senior vice president at TARGUS Information Corporation, serving in marketing, sales, business development, and technical management capacities. He also founded Telephony Computer Systems, which provided intelligent network systems to telephone companies. Before these entrepreneurial activities, he served in a number of management capacities with Nortel Networks and CCI. Mr. Gallagher holds an MBA from the U of R Simon School and a B.S./B.A. from Fisher.


Ray Isaac '88

President, Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Ray Isaac is the president of Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., a family owned and operated business established in 1945. He has served as a member on several prestigious boards including the Better Business Bureau Foundation of Upstate NY Inc. (2010-Present); Heritage Christian Services (August 2013-Present); Visage International (2005-Present); NCI (2008-Present); Associated Builders and Contractors (2005-Present); and Building Performance Institute, Inc. (2011-2012). He has also served as a chairman for North American Technician Excellence (2008-2011) and the ACCA (2008-2009). He demonstrates his knowledge of the intricacies of business through his high standards of customer service and employee satisfaction. Ray is a 1988 graduate of Fisher and holds a bachelor's degree in management/marketing.


Anthony Monaco '83

Chief Executive Officer, Rochester Colonial Manufacturing

Anthony Monaco joined the law firm of Weidman, Jordan, and Angeloff located in Rochester after graduation from law school in 1986. He concentrated in civil litigation and corporate law. He subsequently started his own practice, continuing to focus on litigation and corporate law. In 1995, he joined Rochester Colonial Manufacturing Corporation as corporate counsel, and in 2001 was named chief executive officer. Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in political science.


Mark S. Peterson '83

President & Chief Executive Officer, Greater Rochester Enterprise

A proud alumnus of Fisher, Mark Peterson received his bachelor's degree in political science in 1983 and went on to earn his MBA at Kent State University in 1994. Recruited to join the Greater Rochester Enterprise (GRE) as managing director in 2005, Mark was appointed president and CEO in April, 2009. Charged with the continued creation and execution of GRE’s strategic plan, Mark has proven himself to be a strong advocate for the greater Rochester region, building a reputation among his colleagues as an exceptional leader and proactive change agent. A certified fund raising executive (CFRE) since 1992, Mark has an impressive history of garnering substantial monies at several world-class nonprofit organizations totaling more than $120 million.


David J. Pritchard '83

Vice President – Operations, Gorbel Inc.

Mr. Pritchard began his management career in the automotive industry with Delco Products Division, General Motors, and then with ITT Automotive and Valeo through subsequent acquisitions. In each of these companies, Mr. Pritchard held a variety of leadership positions in operations, industrial engineering, logistics, shared services, human resources, and sales.

As president of Getinge Sourcing LLC, Pritchard was responsible for leading and representing the company to global clients in the medical device sterilization and disinfection product lines prior to the company moving its operations to Europe.

Currently as vice president – operations at Gorbel Inc., he directs and executes operational and production strategies in the functional areas of manufacturing, product development, application engineering, after sales service, information technology, materials, logistics, continuous improvement, and quality supporting the Gorbel operations in both Fishers, New York and Pell City, Alabama.

David was a member of Fisher's Management Program Advisory Board supporting the accreditation process for the School of Business. He continues his strong community involvement volunteering at Fisher and St. Helen’s Church, and serves as a member on the Board of Directors, Endowment and Executive Committees at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Mr. Pritchard holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in management from Fisher.
