Fisher Student Heads to Malaysia through Fulbright Program Madison Hornick

05/04/2017 - St. John Fisher College student Madison Hornick ’17 has been awarded a 2017-2018 Fulbright Scholarship to Malaysia, where she will serve as an English Teaching Assistant (ETA). Among the most prestigious and competitive fellowships, Hornick is one of just 100 applicants selected for the Malaysia Fulbright ETA program.

04/27/2017 - St. John Fisher College’s Tom Proietti Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) received national recognition for their participation in the 2017 Bateman Case Study Competition for their public relations campaign, fisher 5 signs, which worked to raise awareness of mental health on campus, and was executed from February 20 - 24. This was the first year Fisher participated in the competition.

04/27/2017 - On Wednesday, April 19, the Department of Mathematical and Computing Sciences inducted three new members to the New York Alpha Sigma Chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon at St. John Fisher College. Pi Mu Epsilon is a national mathematics honor society with chapters at 400 undergraduate institutions across the country.
