07/10/2018 - Governor Andrew M. Cuomo recently announced that St. John Fisher College will receive $145,000 through the Higher Education Capital (HECap) Matching Grant program. The funds will be used to furnish and equip the Upper Quad Residence Hall, a new living space expected to open in fall 2019.

07/05/2018 - Rising junior Liga Astra Kalnina, a forward for the St. John Fisher College women’s basketball team, will represent her home country of Latvia in the U20 FIBA Women’s European Championship. She was one of just 12 players selected to the final roster.

06/19/2018 - Seniors Peter Girardi and Mark VanMarter, members of the nationally-ranked St. John Fisher College men’s track and field team, continued to cement their legacies as the pair were named Academic All-Americans by the College Sports Information Directors of America (COSIDA).

05/29/2018 - St. John Fisher College senior Peter Girardi claimed the National Championship in the 400-meter hurdles event as the men’s track and field team wrapped up its appearance at the 2018 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
