After a nationwide search, the School of Business at St. John Fisher College has appointed Dr. Therese Sprinkle as the associate dean and director of the MBA program. “We are fortunate to welcome two highly qualified and experienced colleagues to our team,” said Dr. Carol Wittmeyer, interim dean of the School, who also thanked the faculty, staff, and students who provided insight into the search process for each position. “Both Therese and Todd bring significant business and academic experience to our faculty. They are committed to our mission and have already demonstrated their enthusiasm to work collaboratively to serve our students, faculty, and community.”

Before joining Fisher, Sprinkle spent seven years at Quinnipiac University’s School of Business. She earned tenure in 2019 as an associate professor of management and served as chair for the Healthcare and Organizational Leadership Department and the Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Strategy Department. She was also director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program. She has previously held teaching positions at the University of Dallas School of Business, Thomas More College’s Department of Management, and the University of Cincinnati College of Business.

In addition to her work in higher education, Sprinkle brings vast market research industry experience to her role at Fisher. She held multiple positions with Burke Marketing Research and Directions Research, both based in Cincinnati, Ohio. At Directions Research, she held senior positions on service teams for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.

Sprinkle earned a bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Joseph University; a master’s degree from the University of Kentucky; and master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Cincinnati.

Harrison is a familiar face at Fisher, having spent 17 years with the Sport Management Department in the School of Arts and Sciences. There, he helped build a student-centered program that offers undergraduates an opportunity to study sport management abroad and engage in experiential learning and internships with local, regional, and national sports organizations, among other initiatives. He also oversaw the accreditation of the program, making Fisher’s program the first to be accredited in New York. Most recently, he led the development of the department’s innovative new online graduate sport management program.

In addition, Harrison served for seven years representing Fisher as co-director of camp operations for the Buffalo Bills Training Camp, and stepped into the director role in 2014. In this position, he serves as the main liaison between Fisher and the team, overseeing operational components of the training camp, working with third-party vendors, and directing all aspects of the College’s hospitality events.

Harrison holds a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and master’s and doctoral degrees from The Ohio State University.
