Program Overview

The program’s accelerated, cohort model draws on the best practices from a range of disciplines. Your focus will be on relevant and current topics and issues in executive leadership.

The program's curriculum includes 20 courses totaling 60 credits. Courses focus on core leadership competencies and dispositions, with regard to topics such as finances, resource development, public relations techniques, shared governance, diversity, and more.

Applied research and field experiences also factor into the program’s curriculum. Finally, you will take advantage of a three-part guided seminar, where faculty and chairs will help you see your doctoral dissertation to its successful completion.
