Join SGA and Jenna Weintraub, coordinator of Wellness Education, for a fun DIY stress ball activity and some tips about coping skills and stress busters.

The supplies needed are a balloon, a dry empty water bottle, a funnel and 1/2 cup flour. Come have some fun and relax before Finals Week.
