Exhibit: Pastel Society of Western New York
Members of the Pastel Society of Western New York will show a collection of work during a six-week exhibit beginning this month.

Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (noon on Fridays)
Location: Patricia O’Keefe Ross Art Gallery, Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center
The exhibit, which opens Monday, May 15, will be on display through Friday, June 23, at the Patricia O’Keefe Ross Gallery, located in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center at St. John Fisher College.
An opening reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17.
The Pastel Society of Western New York builds and strengthens a connection among pastel artists to benefit artistic development through instructional activities and exhibition opportunities. The society strives to encourage and foster creative pastel painting and promote public awareness of pastel painting as a fine art medium. Open to all artistic levels, the society meets bi-monthly, organizes yearly workshops with nationally acclaimed pastel artists, and organizes paint outs.
