World Suicide Prevention Day Candle Lighting and Restorative Circle

Show your support for suicide prevention and survivors of suicide or remember a lost loved one during Fisher's World Suicide Prevention Day Candle Lighting and Restorative Circle.

World Suicide Preventation Day is commemorated on Thursday, Sept. 10. Join Jenna, coordinator of wellness education, at 8 p.m. for a (battery operated) candle lighting and restorative circle to show your support for suicide prevention, to remember a lost loved one, and for the survivors of suicide.

To participate please:

1) RSVP to the event on FisherSync (you must be signed in for it to work).

2) Pick up your battery-operated candle from the Campus Center manager's desk between 4-8 p.m. on Thursday. The desk is located under the stairs right outside of Haffey Hall and The Nest.

3) Post a picture of your lit candle on Instagram with the hashtag #FisherWSPD2020, follow @fisherhealth, and be entered to win a coping skills gift set.
