Celebrate National Sleep Awareness Week with a virtual Napercise!

Sleep is one of the most important things we can do for our body. Sleep helps boost our immune systems, heighten brain function, and promote healthy habits. Come down to Campus Center from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, to get a sleep goodie bag (first 50 students) and join us for a virtual napercise at 7:15 p.m. via Zoom.
