Emergency Response Plan:
(7) Administration

7.1 Administration

This section describes the administrative protocols used during an emergency operation.

Incident Documentation

The Emergency Response Team will use appropriate Incident Forms to document incident actions and plans. The Planning Section Chief is responsible for the collection and maintenance of documentation during an incident. Remember, not all incidents require written actions and plans.

The Emergency Manager will conduct an After Action Review (AAR) for each incident. Assigned Section Chiefs and Command Staff will take part in the AAR.

7.2 Plan Development and Maintenance
