Assistant Dean for Student and Residential Life

The Assistant Dean has primary responsibility for the supervision and management of the Residential Life and Student Conduct programs. The Assistant Dean's goal is to provide an environment conducive to academic excellence and an appropriate social living environment. Assistant Director of Residential Life

The Assistant Director of Residential Life works with RA training as well as other Residential Life programs and committees. The Assistant Director can be reached at 585-385-8281 or by stopping by the Office of Residential Life to make an appointment.

Coordinator of Student Conduct

The Coordinator Student Conduct administrates the Student Conduct System. The Coordinator of Student Conduct can be reached at 585-385-8281 or by stopping by the Office of Residential Life to make an appointment.

Residence Directors

Residence Directors (RDs) are full-time members of the College administration. The role of Residence Directors includes supervising the Resident Assistants, serving as advisors to the Resident Student Association, and planning and participating in programs for the social and academic well-being of resident students. They are available during regular office hours to respond to the needs of resident students. In addition, the RDs live on campus in the Residence Halls and can be contacted at night in case of an emergency.

Resident Assistants

Resident Assistants (RAs) are assigned to floors in the Residence Halls. RAs are student members of the Residential Life staff, and are selected on the basis of leadership and other personal qualities that enable them to assist students in obtaining the maximum benefits from residence living. Their primary responsibility is to facilitate the development of a responsible community atmosphere among the students on their floor.
