The Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Programs provides opportunities for the College community to participate in programs and activities that promote awareness of cultural, social, economic, racial, gender, and other forms of diversity in our society.
Yantee Slobert, director of Fisher’s Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Programs, is on a mission to raise awareness of the importance of being a tissue, bone marrow, or organ donor.
Rick DeJesús-Rueff, vice president for Student Affairs and Diversity Initiatives at St. John Fisher College, was among the recipients of the Center for Youth’s 2015 Cuminale Youth Advocate Awards. DeJesús-Rueff was honored, along with five other community members, during the Center’s Annual Meeting, held on Monday, Sept. 28.
