Dr. Arlette Miller Smith, director of the African American Studies program and founding dean and past director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Programs at St. John Fisher College, will deliver the annual Martin Luther King Memorial Lecture at the College at Brockport on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016.
