Sally Vaughan joined Fisher and the Campus Ministry staff in July 1998 as the coordinator of the Service Scholars program. In 1999, the First Generation Scholars was initiated, and she began overseeing both scholarship programs. She became Director of Community Service in 2000, as she expanded her responsibilities beyond the scholarship programs to promoting volunteerism on campus and in the community. Each year she coordinates a trip to New Orleans to assist in the rebuilding and Katrina relief efforts. Closely connected to her job, Sally co-advises the club, Students With A Vision (SWAV).
