Welcome to Orientation at Fisher!
Fisher's Orientation program is designed to help you make a smooth transition to college. You'll learn about campus life, student activities, academic expectations, campus facilities and support services, and make lots of new friends!
In short, Orientation is the most significant community-building activity you can take part in at Fisher. Current Fisher students serve as "Orientation Leaders" and are anxious to meet you.
Orientation is required for all new full-time Fisher students, both commuters and residents. It's a fun-filled time for you to become acquainted with the College and to take part in activities with your new classmates, many of whom will become your friends for life.
Typical Orientation Events

Meet Your Student Orientation Coordinators
Major: Business Management
Why did you join the Orientation Team?
I was selected as a Peer Advisor during my sophomore year. I wanted to be a part of O-Team and a Peer Advisor because I loved my transition to college as a freshman and I wanted to help others coming to Fisher enjoy their experience here as well! Now as a SOC, I get to play an even bigger role in helping new students connect with each other, the rest of the Fisher community, and with their transition from high school to college!
