Proietti Chats with Chatterbox Club

Tom Proietti, Resident Scholar in Media in the Communication/Journalism Department, recently spent an afternoon chatting with The Chatterbox Club, a local women’s philanthropic organization whose mission is to promote social and cultural ideas, events, and participation.
Proietti presented to the group on Tuesday, February 12, and was introduced by Jack Garner, former Democrat and Chronicle film critic. He presented, “The New Laws of the Media,” focusing on the impact media has on the way people live in today’s world of instant news and information.
