Katrina Busch ’95 has been named the first female president of Roberts Communications, a full-service integrated communications firm specializing in advertising, direct marketing, social media, digital marketing, and public relations. The company made the announcement on Thursday, November 20, noting that Busch is only the fourth individual to hold the role at the agency. Read More

Alumna Shares Journey with Cushing’s Disease with Nursing Students

Last spring, Shelby Christensen, a St. John Fisher College alumna who was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease in 2010, reached out to Dr. Tammy Roman, Assistant Professor in the Wegmans School of Nursing, to see if she could share her journey with this rare disease with her students. Christensen produced a video that is still used in Roman’s classes today. Read More

Madigan to Serve as Guest Lecturer for December First Friday Lecture

The final lecture in the First Friday Lecture Series, which has focused on a sustainability theme this fall, will feature Dr. Tim Madigan, Associate Professor of Philosophy, who will present, “Ethical and Moral Components of Being Environmentally Conscious and Working Towards Sustainability.” The lecture will take place on Friday, December 5, in the Joseph S.
