Bridge to Retirement Plan for FacultyThe Bridge to Retirement Plan is available to all tenured faculty members who are at least 55 years of age, and have at least 10 years of full-time College service. The plan is voluntary and is initiated by the faculty member. The plan was designed to provide 1-3 years at a reduced teaching load in order to prepare for full retirement. Retiree Benefits:An employee may be eligible for certain retiree benefits from St. John Fisher College after 10 years of full-time employment, if years of service plus age equal at least 70.
