Human Resource Development  School of Education
The MS Human Resource Development program emphasizes training and development, organization development, and career development. It is designed for professionals who are currently employed in HRD functions who wish to develop themselves professionally— as well as managers looking to add HRD skills or people looking to make a career transition.
Human Resource Development Program Highlights:
- Courses meet every other Friday night and Saturday, so you can maintain a full-time job and attend school
- Program completion is possible in 5 semesters/21 months
- Faculty are actively involved in the field and provide a supportive learning environment
- It is a cohort program and individuals can start in the Fall or Spring semester
- A course is provided to prepare individuals for the Society of Human Resource Management certification exam
