Making an Appointment
For initial appointments, students should contact the Wellness Center (385-8280). If you are already seeing one of the counselors, you may also reach Dr. Herzbrun or Dr. Clingerman directly by e-mail at mherzbrun@sjfc.edu or tclingerman@sjfc.edu. We will make every effort to respond within the same (or next) day.
If you feel that you can't wait for us to reply to your message and that there is a medical emergency, you should contact the Wellness Center's front desk (x8280), your family health care provider, or the security staff on campus (x8025).
If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know this in advance. If you do miss a scheduled appointment and have not contacted us within five working days, we will have to make that time available to the next student. You may, of course, re-schedule an appointment at a later date.
