How to Request an Appointment Online

How do I request an appointment online at the Wellness Center?

To access the online system, go to http://www.vivature.com.

What is my user name and password?

The first time you log in, your user name will be your full Fisher email address. The password will be your official student identification number (the number on your student ID). Begin logging in with your @ symbol followed by your ID numbers. You will only have to log in using the default password the first time you log in because you will then be prompted to change your password to one of your choice. Note: Your new password will need to be at least 6 characters long and contain at least 1 numeric character and 1 alpha character.

What happens after I request an Appointment*

*Remember: You are not scheduling an appointment; you are only requesting an appointment.

The Wellness Center will check the calendar to see if the time you requested is available if you have requested the appropriate provider. Once this has been done, we will place your requested appointment into an available slot and you will receive a confirmation indicating the time and date of the appointment. You will also receive a reminder email to help you remember this appointment.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You will need to bring your current Health Insurance Card along with your Fisher ID card to your appointment. *If you don’t have your Health Insurance Card with you, have your parents fax it to the Wellness Center at (585) 385-8299 prior to your appointment.)

What else can I do with the Vivature online student portal?

The Vivature site also provides a health library that you can utilize to access important information on health conditions, medications, procedures and treatments. It also allows you to leave us feedback regarding your visit to our office, allowing us to constantly make improvements to our services.
