*While we are usually in our offices between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, we do not answer the phone when we are with other students.

If you are in crisis and cannot reach the Reception Desk, please contact the campus office of Safety and Security at (585) 385-8111.
If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know this in advance. If you do miss a scheduled appointment and have not contacted us within five working days, we will have to make that time available to the next student. You may, of course, re-schedule an appointment at a later date.
