OneNote 2013 Getting Started

OneNote allows users to collect, organize and share information in a non-traditional document format. Clip a screen shot, send a web page or an entire document to a notebook section with the improved Send to OneNote tool. Embed an Excel spreadsheet or a Visio diagram and update the data or drawing from OneNote. Insert an online picture directly from Flickr and other online service without saving the picture to your computer first. Integration with Outlook and Excel Spreadsheets.

OneNote 2010 Basics

OneNote allows users to collect, organize and share information in a non-traditional document format. OneNote 2010 offers several enhancements to the core feature – section and page tab improvements, search results appear as you type, import information in a variety of ways, and new Quick Filing popup lets you quickly choose where to import. Several new features within OneNote 2010 also include; universal access to information; Sync to the cloud, Web App, Mobile use from a widows phone anywhere at any time, highlighted content automatically within a shared notebook, along with author’s initials allows you to easily see who added new information and where. Collecting and researching is even easier with linked note-taking and the improvements to its editing capabilities make this one application worth checking out.
