Accounts - Guests
Guest accounts may be provided to internal or external requestors for events utilizing campus computing facilities. Guest accounts must be requested by the SJFC department sponsoring the external group/event or the Events and Reservations office for non-sponsored groups/events.
Advance notice of at least one business day is required for account requests; accounts are valid during event hours on the day of the event and are configured to expire at the end of the event. For security reasons, the guest account will be provided to the requestor within one business day before the requested start date. If the guest account information is needed earlier please let the Help Desk know when you submit your guest account request.
