OIT Staff Detail

OIT Administrative Services provides programming and database services for the development, integration, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of St. John Fisher College's Banner ERP system. OIT Administrative Services provides dedicated staff support for mission-critical systems as well as on-call and ad hoc problem resolution and recovery support for other systems. The Administrative Services staff works closely with user groups to ensure that reports, new applications and initiatives are developed to advance St. John Fisher College's goals.
