Staff Recognition Program
Purpose
- To promote enhanced staff connection to campus community
- To showcase staff accomplishments
- To aid in overall retention of employees
- To offer a program consistent with the culture of today's employers including peer institutions
Awards
In addition to the specific characteristics outlined in each award, nominees must exhibit the following characteristics: integrity, genuineness, sincerity, consistency, professional/personal ethics, discipline, confidence, self-initiative, Fisher-inclusive, team player.

On Tuesday, April 24, over 100 staff members from the St. John Fisher College community attended the Staff Appreciation Ceremony, to honor four staff members for exemplary performance.
