Employee Performance Reviews
St. John Fisher College believes that providing employees with performance feedback will help them perform to the best of their ability. The College's Performance Review Process is designed to ensure that staff employees understand how they are performing in their jobs and how their work contributes to the overall success of the College. As part of this process, the Supervisor/Manager and employee work together in defining job responsibilities, identifying key skills, and setting performance goals that are mutually beneficial to the College and the employee.
