Undergraduate Cost of Attendance
The Financial Aid Office determines cost of attendance figures based upon both actual and estimated expenses that a student will incur while enrolled for a specified enrollment period. The cost of attendance is used to determine eligibility for financial aid programs using the following formula:
Cost of Attendance - Expected Family Contribution = Financial Need
The Expected Family Contribution is calculated based upon the family data provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our goal is to try and meet the financial need of every student but it is not always possible given federal, state and institutional program award and funding limits.
