Why give? Your gift will impact current students and enhance the value of your degree at the same time! Alumni giving is one of the measures used to rank colleges by publications such as U.S. News and World Report.
Give to a particular department or scholarship that impacted you as a student, a student club, athletic team, or to the unrestricted fund to help all students!
Thank you!

The College dedicated the William A. Fay Building at a ceremony on April 4. The building was made possible by a gift from the late Julie Fay, given in memory of her father. The new two-story building is nearly 5,000 square feet and is located between Pioch and Basil Halls and houses many members of the Communication / Journalism (C/J) faculty.
Dr. Bain was joined at the dedication by members of the Fay family, C/J Chair Dr. Lauren Vicker, and members of the campus community.
William A. Fay began his career in radio in the early 1920s as an announcer and advanced to become President and General Manager of WHAM radio and Director of the Stromberg-Carlson Broadcasting Corporation, as well as pioneering color television in Rochester in the 1950s. Fay is also remembered for his work with many local volunteer organizations.
On April 8 NYS Senator Joseph Robach, 56th Senate District, informed the College that he had secured support for the development of a School of Law at St. John Fisher College. The idea of a law school has been under consideration by the College’s administration for over a year. Senator Robach’s support will assist the College in further developing this concept.
St. John Fisher College looks forward to continuing discussions about the concept of a law school. Additional information will be released as details are available.
Jerome Underwood ’89 served as the keynote speaker at the annual Alumni of Color Graduation Dinner on April 24th. Underwood is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Datrose Inc., a business process outsourcer for staffing, accounts payable processing, data management and mailroom administration. He spoke to the graduating seniors about his experiences as a professional and a volunteer.
Each year the Alumni Office and the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Programming (OMADP) sponsor the Alumni of Color Dinner. It is a pre-commencement celebration that brings alumni together with students to network and socialize. For more information on OMADP go to .
The College will hold its 54th commencement ceremony for both undergraduates and graduates on Saturday, May 10 at the Blue Cross Arena in downtown Rochester.
