Freshman Visit Opportunities
Fall Open House Programs
Open House Programs will be held:
- Saturday, October 10 at 1:00 p.m. | Register for October 10
- Saturday, November 7 at 1:00 p.m. | Register for November 7
Open Houses include academic sessions with faculty, a campus tour, financial aid information, and athletics/activities information.
An optional Financial Aid session will begin at noon.
Wegmans School of Pharmacy Information Session
An optional Pharmacy Information Session will be held at 11:00 a.m. preceding each Open House program.
When registering for Open House, students who select Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Undecided, or Pre-Pharmacy will be asked if they would like to attend the Pharmacy Information Session.
The Pharmacy Information Session will last about one hour and will highlight the prerequisites and admissions criteria for application to the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, a four year graduate program.
Information Sessions & Campus Tours
For High School Students
Information Sessions are offered:
July - August
- Select Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Select Fridays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Information Sessions include an Admissions presentation with financial aid and scholarship information and include a campus tour.

Our Summer Institute is a free one-day seminar designed to assist motivated students in the college selection process. Each Summer Institute program covers the following topics:
- Charting a challenging high school experience
- The college selection process
- What colleges look for in an applicant
- Financial aid and scholarship search
- Interviewing techniques
- Tips on the college essay or personal statement
- Specific admissions/financial aid information about Fisher
- Campus tour

Campus Tours Only
Campus Tours are offered by contacting the Office of Freshman Admissions at (585) 385-8064 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: If you are visiting during the Buffalo Bills Training Camp (July and August), access to some parts of campus will be limited, including athletic facilities and the main dining hall.
We also welcome group visits to campus throughout the year. For high school groups, we typically schedule one hour for an information session, and one hour for a campus tour. A visit for middle school groups usually lasts about an hour and includes a campus tour.
If you are interested in scheduling a group visit, please complete our Group Visit Request Form. You will receive a response within one week of submission.
