Jenny Beacham '14

Cazenovia native Jenny Beacham ’14 was an accounting major as an undergraduate, and has returned to Fisher to pursue her MBA.

While she was studying accounting, she landed a paid internship position with a marketing firm in Rochester where she handled accounting and marketing projects to get a better sense of the business world and to expand her skill set.

She said the College’s accounting department was instrumental in her search for the right internship, as they notify students when opportunities arise and host local companies on campus to recruit students for positions.

After completing her internship, she says she feels more prepared for the workforce.
