The Fisher Experience
Campus Life at Fisher
A Busy Social Calendar
If you were to ask our students about life on campus, they would likely use one word: busy. With an active Student Activities Board, Student Government Association, and 70 other student clubs and organizations, there really is something for everyone at Fisher.
It’s hard for our students NOT to find something to become involved in. And if they are truly passionate about a topic or issue that doesn’t fit into a current club, the Office of Campus Life is always open to adding more opportunities that will enhance their student experience.
Some of our bigger annual events include:
- Day of Celebration
- Teddi Dance for Love
- Relay for Life
- Fisher Fever (spirit week)
- Project Community Convergence
And all students – especially the freshmen – are encouraged to attend the Annual Involvement Fest in September to get an idea of what clubs and organizations exist at Fisher, and also get a chance to meet some of the student leaders.
Campus Resources for Students
Whether there is a freshman who is looking for help in their courses, or a senior looking to spruce up their cover letter, résumé, or LinkedIn profile, Fisher has a variety of on-campus resources available to students throughout the year.
With 23 intercollegiate sports teams competing in NCAA Division III play, Fisher’s athletics program creates exciting opportunities for student-athletes on campus.
There are a variety of club and intramural sports offered as well.
- Cross country
- Track and field (indoor and outdoor)
